Ginseng is widely believed to be an adaptagen, an aphrodisiac and a stimulant, among other things. Taurine, an Amino Acid, may be found in many energy drinks and other energy-boosting products. L-Arginine is also an Amino Acid. Amino Acids are molecules that contain both the Amine and Carboxyl Functional groups, and Alpha-Amino Acids may be thought of as the building blocks of proteins.
Among the various Amino acids, Arginine is the precursor of Nitric Oxide. Nitric Oxide molecule is a free radical that is said to increase blood flow in certain areas of the body. However, we could not find evidence that relates Nitric Oxide to weight loss. It may also be noteworthy that Nitric Oxide is one of the air-polluting toxic substances produced by auto engines and power plants.

The Metabo Up™ website seems to be minimal in design and content. At this time, testimonials are not posted, nor are there any before and after pictures posted. Additionally, we believe that the FAQ section could have fared better if only more information was provided. We have found that the best products are often marketed through well kept and easy-to-use websites. Such a website will have pertinent information on the ingredients used, will highlight and explain the key components and will post accessible customer service information. In all, we found the website to be mediocre, which failed to impress us.
