They most often discuss that they experienced bad breath, constipation, nausea, gas and low energy levels. It is also important to note that this diet may increase the risk of osteoporosis and kidney damage. These side effects are typically due to the fact that the body starts to feed upon itself.
As with any diet, hunger is an issue on Low Carb Diets, but some developers suggest that protein is a “natural” appetite suppressant.
