Therefore, it may not be surprising to find Chromium in many weight loss supplements. However, the formula also contains moderate to high amounts of Caffeine, which is a nervous system stimulant that may cause adverse effects like nausea and jitteriness if taken in large quantities. In the end, we believe that an effective weight loss or health-regulating formula should not rely only on a single ingredient, especially when it is only an appetite suppressant. There are many products on the market that combine popular energy boosters, like L-Carnitine, with a patented fat burner like Advantra Z®, which may be much more effective than a simple Hoodia supplement. In fact, we believe that formulas containing pure Hoodia Gordonii combined with Advantra-Z® may be among some of the best currently available.
